End User License Agreement / Terms

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("you", "User") and LaunchLens ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of the LaunchLens application.

License Grant
Subject to your continued compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a Solana Mobile (Android) device that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use. The App is provided to help you discover Solana token launches and trending tokens and to initiate non-custodial trades through your own wallet.
Restrictions on Use
You agree not to, and not to enable others to:
- License, sell, rent, lease, lend, redistribute, or sublicense the App.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App.
- Use the App to violate any law, regulation, or the rights of any third party, or to facilitate fraud, money laundering, or market manipulation.
- Interfere with or disrupt the App, its servers, or the Solana network.
- Use the App if you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction or prohibited by applicable law from using crypto-related software.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, logos, brand, text, and code (excluding open-source components and third-party material), is the property of LaunchLens and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any third-party token logos displayed within the App are the property of their respective projects. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by LaunchLens.
Privacy and Data
The App is non-custodial and wallet-connected. It does not collect personal data beyond your wallet's public address (read-only) and stores your watchlist locally on your device. Trades are executed through your own Solana Mobile wallet via the Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter and Jupiter Ultra. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall LaunchLens be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of funds, data, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App. The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data displayed.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LaunchLens is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

CRYPTO RISK. Crypto assets are highly volatile and risky, and you may lose your entire investment. Trading tokens — including newly launched tokens — carries a high risk of total loss, including from scams, rug pulls, and illiquidity. You approve every transaction yourself in your own wallet. LaunchLens does not custody funds and is not responsible for any loss.
