LaunchLens ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles and why. LaunchLens is a Solana Mobile wallet-connected token discovery app. It does not require an account, does not collect personal data beyond your wallet's public address (read-only), and stores your watchlist only on your own device.

Information Collection and Use
We collect the minimum information needed for the App to function:
- Wallet public address (read-only). When you connect your Solana Mobile wallet, the App reads your public wallet address to display your SOL balance and token holdings and to prepare non-custodial trades. The App never receives your private keys, seed phrase, or signing credentials.
- Watchlist (device-local). Tokens you save to your watchlist are stored locally on your device (e.g., Android DataStore / local storage). They are not transmitted to us or to any server we operate.
- Market data requests. To show launches, trending tokens, search results, and quotes, the App requests public market data from third-party providers (GeckoTerminal, DexScreener, Jupiter, and public Solana RPC). These requests do not include your personal identity.
We do not collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, precise location, or any other personally identifiable information. We do not operate user accounts and do not require sign-up.
Use of Data
The limited information handled by the App is used only to:
- Display your connected wallet's public address, SOL balance, and token holdings.
- Prepare and present Jupiter-powered, non-custodial buy/sell quotes that you approve in your own wallet.
- Render your device-local watchlist within the App.
- Retrieve and display public Solana market data (launches, trending, search, token detail).
Data Transfer and Storage
Your wallet public address is shared with third-party data and trading providers (Jupiter, GeckoTerminal, DexScreener, Solana RPC) solely to fetch market data and to construct transactions that you sign in your own wallet. This is inherent to using a public blockchain.
Your watchlist is stored only on your device and is never uploaded to our servers.
We do not operate a backend that stores personal data about you. We do not sell or rent any personal information.
Disclosure of Data
We do not disclose personal data to third parties, because we do not collect personal data beyond a read-only wallet public address. The only data that leaves your device is:
- Your wallet public address sent to public blockchain data providers to fetch balances, market data, and trade quotes (as described above).
- Transaction data you choose to sign and submit via your Solana Mobile wallet, which is broadcast to the Solana network.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of LaunchLens, its users, or the public, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Security of Data
LaunchLens is non-custodial. Your private keys and seed phrase never leave your Solana Mobile wallet and are never accessible to the App. Trade approvals happen inside your wallet via the Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter.
Your device-local watchlist is protected by the security of your device. Because we do not operate accounts or servers that store your personal data, there is no central database of your information for us to secure.
Blockchain Transactions
LaunchLens enables non-custodial trading through your own wallet using Jupiter Ultra. When you approve a trade, the transaction is signed by your wallet and submitted to the Solana blockchain. Blockchain transactions are public, immutable, and outside the control of LaunchLens once broadcast. You are solely responsible for reviewing any transaction before approving it in your wallet.
Children's Privacy
LaunchLens is not directed to and is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18 (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a minor has used the App, discontinue use and contact us.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
